Continuing further, the scenic route takes you to Knysna, one of the Garden Route’s best-known areas. Famed for its elusive and rare Knysna elephants in the lush Knysna forests, Knysna is well known for its rich history, gourmet restaurants offering exquisite oysters and locally brewed beer, and a variety of art and craft centres.

Nestled in the great forests of the Tsitsikamma Mountains lies the hamlet of Storms River, teeming with birdlife amidst vast expanses of Cape flora, delicate eco-systems within wetlands and lagoons. Visit the world’s highest bungee jump for an adrenaline rush!

A short distance from Storms River is Nature’s Valley, a little bay whose untouched indigenous trees, forest and beautiful unspoiled coastline are jealously preserved.
